Rachel and Austin's Spruce Mountain Ranch Reception

Where, oh, where did this summer go? Wasn't it just yesterday that we hopped, skipped and jumped to the beat of all things bride? It's hard to believe that wedding season is cooling down and those weeks and months of planning, the details, the nitty gritty, is nearing the finish line. Whew. It's been a blast.

So let's rewind to Rachel and Austin's May nuptials at Spruce Mountain Ranch. This delightful couple, so kind and generous; a perfect place to start.

Perhaps these moments captured by Michele Hart will provide a bit of inspiration for your special day!

Albert's Lodge twinkled

Small bites before the big dinner: pork tenderloin atop of a banana chip

Guests stayed warm in the chilly May weather with beers and blankets

Say hello to your good looking groom
And the views aren't too bad, either

Julie McKinney of Bliss Elevated orchestrated the evening

A TRFC favorite: Brie Stuffed Strawberries
Strawberry halves, mascarpone cheese, drizzled with a balsamic vinegar reduction
Bride and Groom approved!

A nacho bar solved party goers late night snack attacks

Table side wine service? Yes, please! Peak Beverage was the master mixer for the evening

Thank you, Rachel and Austin for allowing Tony Rosacci's Fine Catering take care of you all!
It was an honor. We had a blast!

Evergreen Lake House

Here is another great venue we get to work at.  Who wouldn't want to get married lake side in the foothills of the rockies?  Evergreen Lake House has so much to offer and the veiws are to die for.  This place is perfect for those who want the mountain experience but do not want to drag their guest all over the state.

Tara and David's Carolina Styled Wedding

Tara Ames, one of the co-owners of Spruce Mountain Ranch was married to David Schott last month in a beautiful South Carolina themed wedding.  David and Tara met at Spruce Mountain Ranch one evening when he was a guest at a friends wedding.  They were engaged in South Carolina, so what better theme to run with? Tony Rosacci Fine Catering served up tasty Shrimp and Grits, Georgia Pork Twist and Filet Oscar, just to name a few.

We were excited to work with the great Jensen Sutta Photography, Event Rents, Sarah Viera Events, Linen Hero All Digital Photography and Video and many other wonderful vendors.

Check out the fun video from All Digital, that showcases the entire day from start to finish.

Spruce Mountain Ranch

We here at Tony Rosacci's Fine Catering are very blessed to work with some great venues and their owners.  Here is a look at Spruce Mountain Ranch out in Larkspur, CO.  This is not only a great wedding or event venue, but also an amazing cattle ranch.  This place rivals most anywhere in the mountains and is just a short commute from Downtown Denver.

Spruce Mountain Ranch, may be the prettiest place I have ever worked and I have worked all around Colorado.  The ranch is also a perfect place for corporate events as they have space for up to 1000.  Call us to learn more about the ranch and how we can help you plan your next event with Spruce Mountain Ranch. Thanks for sharing photos Sarah Roshan Photography

ISES Event

What a fun evening at the Annual ISES Showcase.  Its always fun to come together with the industries best of the best.  This year Tony's teamed up with Fresh Events, Halo Branded Solutions, Creative Chocolates by Karen and Chair Covers and Linens to create a spooky, fun and fresh Day of the Dead scene.

Each group was given a color and a season, ours was Purple and Fall....so what better way to go that Day of the Dead...right?  Alyson, from Fresh Events, did an amazing job bringing it all to life.  Check out these great photos from Sarah Roshan Photography.
